Come join us for traditional Peruvian dishes prepared by Lyon's Pride member Krysia Villon '96! If you're a regular at farmer's markets in the area, you're already acquainted with her empanadas. Other dishes you might enjoy are her pan con chicarron, a fried pork belly sandwich with yucca and a house made hot sauce, or her jalea de champinon, where she fries several types of heirloom mushrooms dressed in a tangy marinade and then cooked to order with pickled onions.
