Jonathan Katz speak about Hide/Seek, the first LGBT exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum (2010-2011), which is now showing at the Brooklyn Museum through February, 2012.

Jonathan Katz is a renown art historian and scholar of Queer Studies, and Associate Professor at SUNY Buffalo. In the 1990's, Katz was the first full-time American academic to be tenured in the field of gay and lesbian studies. Katz was previously at SUNY Stony Brook, Smith, Yale University and London's Courtauld Institute. He founded and chaired both the Harvey Milk Institute and the Queer Caucus for Art of the College Art Association. Business casual dress required at the Yale Club.
