We are arranging an MHLP contingent to attend the Nitty Gritty Show together. THE NITTY GRITTY SHOW is a night of 12 performance pieces that aim to push beyond the usual topics of queer conversation and into the nitty gritty details of queer experience. Nine women from four states (including MHLP member Erica Berman '05) wrote vivid glimpses into their own unique corners of the queer universe. On Saturday, June 25, those experiences come alive through stand-up, monologues, sketch comedy, theater, and rap.
One night. One objective. Let’s get gritty.
When: Saturday, June 25 @ 7:30 p.m.
Where: Cambridge YMCA Theatre 820 Mass. Ave. Cambridge, MA
Transportation: The theatre is two blocks from the Central Square red line T-stop. Nearby bus lines include the #1, 47, 64, 70, 70A, 83, 91, and CT1. On-street parking is available and un-metered after 6 pm. Sorry, no helipads.
